Vic Lentaigne

Vic Lentaigne is a London-based photographer and filmmaker whose work explores connectivity, intimacy, and human emotion. Working primarily with analogue techniques, Vic fosters a tactile and personal relationship with their medium and subjects, allowing quiet moments of vulnerability and truth to emerge naturally through the lens.

Vic moves fluidly between portraiture and narrative imagery, examining themes of gender fluidity, queerness, identity and self-expression. Rooted in Vic’s own lived experience within the LGBTQIA+ community, Vic’s work is both personal and political; a reflection of shared vulnerability and strength from spaces that are often overlooked or underrepresented.

By photographing friends, collaborators, and members of their community, Vic builds a visual dialogue that challenges rigid binaries and invites the viewer to witness intimacy without spectacle. The softness of Vic’s analogue process reinforces a sense of authenticity and emotional depth, offering a counterpoint to the fast, hyper-mediated saturation of the digital world. Vic’s imagery reveals what it means both to see and be seen in the truest way.
